"I have a completely irregular work schedule, clock-in clock-out at different times every day, and it’s often difficult to get to a regular 5 or 6 pm class. These DIY classes are SO helpful - they allow me the discipline of actually turning up and doing a class (not just saying ‘I’ll do some sit ups at home’ which somehow never gets done) and there’s always someone there, so you feel safe to use the machines, can ask for help if you have any questions, and it also means you’re accountable - you can’t just lie there! But I can do it at anytime in my topsy-turvy day. I’m so pleased this exists, it’s so useful, and I’m so glad for Aleenta too, that they can make use of the machines in their quieter periods.
